Peter Thorn - New Instrumental Track

Peter Thorn has started work on an instrumental album and here's the first rough mix track out of the nearly dozen tunes that Pete's working on. There are some really juicy tones and great tasty playing all over. Pete is using two Suhr Classic T's on this track (one with two humbuckers and one an Antique Classic T) along with the Badger 18, Badger 30 and the PT100. This teaser has got us really looking forward to the album! 8)

Can't wait till he comes out with one, always dug his clips I'm assuming the intro and probably the rhythm was the Badger and the leads were all PT-100?

Wow, incredible tone and playing as usual by Peter! I've been craving some new instrumental guitar stuff and this is very refreshing.

I can't seem to find any information on the PT-100 on the Suhr website. Is this a soon to be released signature model or just a one-off custom build?

It's a custom version of the OD-100 Standard Plus with EL34's and Plexi-style output transformer. CH2 is voiced a little differently to be tighter and punchier with more cutting high-mids. It's a relatively new addition to the various versions of the OD-100 and we'll get the info up on our site soon. It is a current production model.
