Played through my M4 and rt2/50 and the tone now dark why???

i plugged in my guitar and my m4 and rt2/50 sounds dark and almost muddy.My prs custom is usally bright (too bright) is now dark with the tone knob on 10. my gibson and fender strat sound like crap.I havent changed any settings. I plugged the m4 direct into the rt into the mesa speaker direct from guitar and it sounds the same. WHY????????????????? i didnt change anything....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I also get a weird FRRRR bbbb sound after playing notes on clean or overdives. The studio room stays locked and nobody has the key but me to get in.

bad cable?

flat battery? (EMGs or pedal)

tube went out? (Check the bias)

I think i fixed it. i use a 1spot,pedals rack mounted, pretty bullet proof system. I have a furman reverb unit that has 3 band eq ,filters bass mid and high into the reverb springs so u can have a freq affetted more or less in reverb. it is very touchy so i rolled the bass freq back a hair and its fine. hopefully i will find a fender reverb unit or a realtube rt921 to replace it but until then its real spring reverb so it stays.it is pretty transparent but the eq can help shape(or hurt) ur tone. i would have thought tubes but it sounded the same with all mods and ch a or b on the rt2/50. i went through the ground pro and the first 8 presets are just modules and reverb,once i pulled the reverb out it all came back then i was able to figure out what was up with the reverb. I have digital pics of my settings along with them written down.lol Thanks for the input, it is greatly appreciated.
