Playing bass through my Einstein (Direct Recording) ? ? ?

hey guys, I know I can play bass through my Einstein (low volumes of course) but I wanted to try and record my bass lines using my Einstein instead of going DI. How can this be done? (I've never done silent recording/direct recording with my Einstein... that's why I ask)

Go direct with a DI box or get a VAMP Pro for Bass, Joey. You can hook that to he return and record that way.

can I use my recording interface? (metric halo uln-2) just connect the einstein to the interface

i would consider using guitar rig. it sounds pretty good .
