I’ve been waiting for my MTL MKii with loop to arrive since the day Rick shipped it (11/28) and still no sign of it without any updates on Canada Post other than “Delayed”. When did you guys order and receive yours? SQUARHEAD: I’ll be sure to let you know if I don’t jive with it too if it ever arrives.

put your tracking number in USPS it’ll track there. Canada post is useless after it hits the US
my W800 shipped on 12/3 and I got it on 12/20.

Wow glad you got yours so quickly! Tried that, but no dice and have attempted to reach USPS about it multiple times to no avail as well. The Canadian tracking number I have doesn’t work anywhere else other than Canada Post’s portal. Thanks anyway for the suggestion though! I’ve also reached out to Rick multiple times as well and he’s confirmed it’s still en route.

That stinks man, hope it comes soon. Mine hit the "delayed" status as well but the showed up a few days or a week later. Can't remember exactly. Took a few weeks to get to me and I'm just south of him in NYC. Def try the USPS site again, worked for me as well and I actually got updates once it arrived in a distribution center in the city.

Yes, as mentioned above, Canada Post and USPS work together so once it crosses the border, it becomes USPS with the same tracking number.
Rick is awesome and everything is done perfectly for shipping, so there will be no issues there…
The issues are with this f’ing virus, it has slowed Canada Post down immensely…Most, or a lot of cities are in a silly lockdown right now, so people cannot get out and buy things in stores or malls, everything is going through Canada Post, online ordering etc. etc.
But they (Canada Post) don’t ‘lose’ anything, it just takes so long.
Be patient guys, It will all be worth the wait when you first plug it in, click on the power switch, and hit that first open E - Kerrrrrang!!! ???
hopefully soon, I will have one on the way also!

Yeah man, I get it and trying to be patient though being out $5K and no sign of it in after nearly 2 months is quite unsettling to say the least. This is certainly not Rick’s fault in the slightest and fully aware the pandemic certainly hasn’t helped though I have received other gear far quicker lately from outside the states. Just hearing others who ordered after me got theirs in a fraction of the time scares me. I was finally able to get an update through USPS, but all it says is the same (arrived at JFK on 12/1) and nothing since.

Talked to USPS in great length today about mine and they confirmed the container that has my amp, as well as many other shipment orders, has hit ISC in NY and has not even been "worked through yet". USPS explained that this is out of their hands and is in the hands of Customs at the moment. The Rep I talked to said that all USPS and consumers can do is wait until it clears Customs. Ounce that happens, it should enter back into the USPS system for tracking and then USPS should be able to answer questions.
According to USPS, the Canada Post tracking# should be interchangeable with the USPS system...It's an International tracking#. You should be able to enter that # into USPS and track just as you would a domestic tracking#. If it's not working, it's likely due to the fact that it's still held up with Customs.

Although I haven't been waiting as long, I'm right there with ya. It's not that I'm impatient, heck I just received a Fryette 412 ordered 14 months ago for crying out loud and have been patiently waiting with only maybe 3-4 emails to them in that time. Like you stated it's the $5k and thought of the amp being lost or damaged that got me worked up. After talking with USPS today, I feel a bit relieved. Now just have to hang tight.

Canada post has been absolutely BRUTAL for shipping since early Dec. Basically, I ordered a part from 2 hours away in the same province and it took 10 days to get to me and that was with Xpress post which is usually faster. LOL.
