Ok...I've been reading this site for a while now, and I wish I didn't have to register under these circumstances...but here goes..
I picked up a new Randall 5 button midi controller to use with the amp, and I don't know if this was a coincidence or not, but when I plugged it in...it didn't work. I fiddled with it thinking maybe it was the cord, and then I saw the pedal light up. I thought, great...it works. All the sudden the pedal light went off....and all the blue lights on the amp went out. The power tubes still fire up...the amp sounds like it's on...but I have no lights and I get nothing from the guitar when I strum. Any ideas???

Dear Polanzo,

welcome to the board.

I assume you have blown the internal fuse
for the low voltage supply by a wrong
phantom power connection.

Please send an email to service (a) diezelamplification (dot) com

Ok thanks Peter. Email sent.

I read that other people were using the Randall. I didn't know an unpowered midi footswitch could cause so much trouble. I don't need all the features of the Columbus; I just want something that will change channels. Now this happens. What a pain.

Maybe get the Midi Mouse ?

Thanks Peter. I thought about that one. You had mentioned in the other thread about FS7HE...that it was available for purchase. Where can I order that?

We don´t have delivered any FS7HE in the US now.
I would contact a dealer or our distributor Hanser
Music Group.

FYI to those interested.
Amp up and running again. It was the 2amp internal fuse that the Randall MIDI pedal blew...in case it happens to one of you guys.

Good to hear you got it fixed!

You nailed it. Very easy to work in that amp too. Thanks again!!
