Pop/rock 2203x clip unboosted, straight in

Hey guys,

For those who are interested in what a 2203x sounds like with no pedal on the front end, here is a clip I made today of it.

Disclaimer:

This isn't anything heavy but more a mid tempo pop/rock affair lol.

'98 Fender Tele with full size bridge JB -> 2203x -> Splawn straight 4x12 Greenback/H30 x pattern -> SM57 on H30 speaker -> PC.

Solo on first take: Edwards LP with BK Miracle Man -> 101B red channel (pre 2004 lower gain setting) -> Mesa Recto 2x12 with warehouse classic 90 copies.

Solo on second take: Edwards LP with BK Miracle Man -> 6505+ lead channel -> Mesa Roadking 4x12

Just for fun I re-recorded the solo using a Peavey 6505+, through a Roadking 4x12. SM57 on the C90 speaker/side of the cab.

Had a blast doing it, no reamping I redid it manually lol...
