Popping noise on T/D module

Only when I switch from the T to the D, it does this "pop" noise. No problem from D back to T. Also pops when I put the amp back on standby from the T/D module. None of the other modules do this. I swapped out pre amp tubes as well. Any ideas?.......Jeff? I'll keep fiddling around with it.
 
reseated it and the pop is less. Also there is some noise/hiss (just a little) on the T channel but extremely quiet on the D side. Strange. Still sounds great though! Guess I'm worrying about not much really.
 
Nope. Never heard of such a thing! You mean the gold contacts??
