I have seen from the london power web site that you are authorized to install power scaling kits. Is there any downside to london power's power scaling?? It seems like it would be the best way to use a big amp as a practice amp.

Also what do you charge for installation of the basic power scaling kit??

We licensed the Power Scaling circuit from London Power to install on our Badger 18 and 30 amps. It works really well to tame the volume and still get that overdriven power amp feel and sound. We haven't tried it on our OD-100 as we don't have enough room in the chassis to install it and there'd be some heat issues to deal with as well.

Sorry, we don't do installations of the Power Scaling circuit on other amps.

Thats cool. I am sure that you would be able to fit the new power scaling circuit into the OD100...Here is a link. It is tiny!!!!

Thats great to know that it is what you use in the badger amps. I have heard a lot of people say great things about the power scaling in those amps!!

My Brother lives in Edmonton and knows a great tech. He has serviced the "Standard" from TUT5 that I built that I put Dual DC Power Scaling in. He should be able to do it. PM me if you want the contact info or have other PS questions.
