Preamp Glass for Einstein...

I need to buy preamp tubes to keep as spares for my Einstein. Can someone tell me which preamp tubes comes stock for all V1 to V6.

I plan to buy them through Amazon.com, so if they are not listed there maybe someone could point me to some other quality preamp glass...
