Greetings, guitar fetishists and music fans!
I've been sharing the music I make under the Sheer Velocity alter-ego on Rig Talk for a few years now...
(This all-instrumental, sometimes-absurd and generally self-indulgent guitar music I make from time to time keeps me from getting into hard drugs or committing mass murder; so, it's free therapy, basically.)
Anyway, I've got a new Sheer Velocity album in the can, called Occult Jazz, which I'll make available for download at the Bandcamp page (www.sheervelocity.bandcamp.com) on the week of June 24th. Meanwhile, just wanted to share this little audio/visual preview of the album:

ALL guitar sounds are courtesy of the AxeFX2 and my custom shop Strat and a handful of pedals, most notably the Boss Super Shifter and the Eventide Pitchfactor.
Those who download Occult Jazz in its first week (the week of the 24th) will receive a free, 25-minute video lesson. Can't beat that with a stick! Not that beating anything with sticks ever really helps...
