Hey Mike, I recognize your userID (Juggernaut) and pics from the MTS forum (I'm the MOD over there under Guitarguy510 in case you remember me! ). I liked the pics you posted so much that I'm interested in having one built. Please let me know about the price stuff as some of it isn't standard (like the half-scallop and whatnot) and I wasn't positive what is considered "exotic" and what isn't:
Juggernaut
25.5" Scale - Drop C (CGCFAD tuning)
27 frets
sperzel locking tuners
black hardware
Hipshot fixed bridge
volume, tone (push-pull coil split) and 3-way (with the solid metal switch similar to the musicman, just like the one he used on the 27 fret model posted in the picture gallery)
exotic wood neck -wenge, is wenge part of the exotic wood quote?
Exotic fretboard - ebony? price on that please?
exotic wings - is black limba considered exotic?
extra jumbo frets
carbon fiber nut
no binding
matching peghead overlay to match fingerboard - $25 (ebony)
no inlays
gloss finish on opaque color - gloss black on the top ONLY, clear gloss on the black limba for the back so you can see the grain
oil finish on neck
humbucker bridge, single coil neck pickups (do you get a discount if you are supplying your own pickups? I can get my own BKPs discounted so please let me know what the price quote would be MINUS pickups since I wouldn't be using the Duncans or EMGs Brent normally supplies? )
6 inline hs - n/c (same headstock as he did on the 27-fret inline)
scalloped fingerboard for frets 12-27 a'la the Kiko Loureiro ESP - would that be $250 since it's only half the fretboard being scalloped?
It might just be me but the carve looks more severe on the top of the 27-fret model than it does on his standard 24 fret models? Is it possible to ask Brent to make the carve identical to that 27-fret one he did already? It looks absolutely gorgeous!!! Also any ideas on what his current wait time is looking like? Thanks in advance Mike!
