Problem with clean channel in my rebel 30

Hello!

I have a problem with clean channel 1 in my rebel 30.

About 1/4 VOLUME and more clean channel is crunch :( I test it with my Les Paul and Stratocaster.

Please help me. What is the solution?
 
V1 Tungsol gold ecc83
V2 Tungsol ecc83
v3 Tungsol ecc83
v4 EH 12ax7

EL84 RFT NOS
6v6 6P6S NOS

Bias 40mV
 
Gotta try swapping them out one at a time. Start with the pre amp tubes.
 
Every tubes are new - 2 weeks ago I replaced it.

So you suggest I must replace V1 with?

Tubes can and will fail at any time.
Even on first start up.
I had a micro-phonic 12x7 in V1 that caused the same problem just recently. It was brand new. Current production Mullard.
I took it back and the replacement is fine.
Just got to spend some time finding out the culprit.
I would start with V1.
You must swap out with KNOWN GOOD tubes.

OK, I replaced V1 with stock tubes sovtek 12ax7A from Rebel and test CH1 or change with EH ecc83 from V4.

Hello, with new tubes RFT ECC83 NOS on the V1 is better! :) but form 1/3 - 1/2 VOL I hear a light crunch - that is normaln in channel 1 - clean?
 
where is your wattage set at? if really low, then it could turn into crunch much quicker
 
On my Rebel 30, with watts maxed, mine starts to crunch at volume half way up.
Obviously your set up might produce different results.
By the way, Poland rocks dude. I've been fortunate enough to visit there many times. :rock:
