Hallo!
I experienced a problem with my Einstein head during last rehearsals.
I was playing for about an hour switching from one channel to the other and using both Masters with the Diezel pedal.
Than suddenly I stepped on the switch (don't know if it was channel or Master switch) and there was nothing coming out of the amp any more...
I stepped on the switch again (on the Master, too) and the LEDs showed the switching but still no sound.
When the band stopped playing I could hear a very faint sound coming out of the speakers. The remedy was to unplug the guitar chord from the amp and putting it back in. Then everything was back to normal. This has happend a few times already(It's not the guitar cable for sure, I used differnt ones...)

My opinion:
I think that there is some sort of circuitry that mutes the output somewhere before the power amp just for a moment when all the relais further upstream switch so that no "pop" sound is produced while switching. Now I think that this muting relais doesn't switch back and somehow is stuck in that position. Maybe by unplugging the chord from the amp this relais is engaged again and it is all good again.

It occurred several times now, usually just once during rehearsal but I'm afraid that this could happen on stage...

Peter, please help me!

Thanks,
Stefan

Any news?

As far as I can see it only happens once in a while when engaging the Master switch, it doens't seem to do it when channel switching...
