Problem with latest update on VB-101???

Hey,

today i installed the latest firmware V3.26 on my VB-101. The update went well and the remote program was also updated. However when the update was complete i only have 4 cabs?? And every time i start torpedo remote and enter the memory manager a popup shows in the program "Welcome to the Memory Manager" followed by instructions to add the cabs from the computer to the VB-101. But when i try to drag the cabs from the left side to the torpedo nothing happens and the remote encounters a problem and closes. I have tried to reinstall the remote program but nothing works what can i do to fix this?
Edit: When i pressed Enter the popup disappeared and everything worked

Sorry I'm not sure I understand: please tell us how is the unit right now, and we'll help you. The office is close a 7PM in France but tomorrow first hour someone will check your issue.

Memory manager or Preset Manager do not work at all with the VB-101 & the latest software. I have reported this to the team (alongside another real annoying issue that has also occurred with the latest software) & they tell me that they have been too busy to really look at it yet, but that they will make sure to address it ready for the next update.
