Problem with Mod 50

Hey guys, I was on stage the other night and my Mod 50 did something it has never did. The first 2 sets the sound was killer and loud. The 3rd set I kicked off the stand by and begain to play the amp had at least 40% less power and and gain. Could this be a power tube problem? I am using T/D and SL2 modules in the amp

Always check the output tubes first. Check the Bias on them and try a swap with another set.
 
Tube issue. I have had that with other amps too....many times! I had an amp where the power or volume kept changing. I cycled through tubes till I found the offending tube. Not tha amp's fault! The Mod 50 in my mind is flawless.
 
Can I assume there is nothing plugged into the effects loop? If so, next time it does this, take a short, shielded guitar cable and coneect it directly from the send to return jacks. Note if the problem magically stops. Please email directly at bruce@egnater.com with more info.

Like Bruce said it could be somethign in the loop...but I bet a bad tube.
