problem with switch chanell in Rebel 30

hello!

from several days to switch defective work, when I change the channel (either manually or via a foot switch) instead of once to switch it works very late and when it first starts to work is a strange noise, and the second channel quietly. Only after a while begins to work well. This happens whenever I run the amp.
What could it be? whether he will be able to fix it or just a reference to the complaints?

Yes, amp has about 4-5 months - bought in a store thomann.de
and I have live in Europe.
