professional recordings using Rebel-30 silent out possible?

I'm trying to get a professional sounding guitar tone, studio quality. radio worthy.

Is this possible using the 'silent record' feature of the rebel-30 or are you still better off mic'ing ?

Lead part done in silent mode around 2:00 am while wife was asleep.
You will find silent mode will need some special attention on the ole EQ, (at the board or in the DAW), to get it to sparkle.

Dont be afraid to try a mic & the XLR out together. Split them off into 2 mono channels.

I don't know why you couldn't make it work. It's an option, just like different mic placements.
