Effects loop is fine but neither high or low inputs provide signal….any idea why? Not cables, pedals or guitar….?

Bad preamp tube? Effects loop would test phase inverter and power tubes. Check the first preamp tube especially if you’re boosting it a lot which is hard on the first stage.

That’s what I was thinking. I asked my bro purity and he said the same thing. I gave all my spare tubes away…. I think…. I will check after while….

How ironic- I’m using it by going straight into the return. Rearranged my stuff today and rewired everything. Not dialed in completely but everything is working…except the inputs still…? do you guys like the flower pot?

I had the same issue with my Randall RM100. It ended up being blown fuse. I think it was an internal filament fuse but it's been a while and can't remember exactly.
I don't know what a Windsor has for fuses, but it wouldn't hurt to check. Make sure to test continuity with a meter. On my Randall fuses visually looked intact. It wasn't until I put them on the meter that I found the blown one.

Are any of the preamp tubes related to the inputs? It has 3. V1 is by itself in front and v2 and v3 are together in the back. I assume v3 is the pi because it is furthest from the power tubes.

There's not tube specific to the input as in the tube doesn't make the input work. Your input is just the entrance of the signal path before it makes it's way to V1, V2, and so on.

If you can plug something like a preamp into the FX return and get sound you've at least verified the power section is working and narrowed it down to the preamp side. The issue could be anything along the signal path that's stopping it from flowing. The easy things to check are fuses (if any) and preamp tubes. If a fuse is blown it may be an indication of a larger problem, but that would at least narrow things down.

As far as tubes go is could be anything between one went out and all of them went out. You just have to swap things out until you find which one(s) were bad. After tubes is could be any component along the signal path. Look over everything to see if there are any burnt components. After that it's going down the line putting a meter on everything. Unfortunately I'm not much use to you after that. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in if you hit a roadblock.

Started tube rolling…. Got to the 2nd one and it started working. Put the old one back in and it kept working….🤔

Why would it do that? Maybe some gunk? Wayne knows how I am with equipment. You walk in my house and the fish stop swimming…just sayin…..

For everytime I've cycled a tube in and out , fingers crossed , to initiate a change of symptoms , the successful outcome has been about 30% . Always worth a try , especially with preamp tubes . You never know . Learn everyday .
Congratulations .
