Saw the Empire show in Chicago when they did the entire Mindcrime disk from 1 to 15..............one of the best shows I have seen.

On the Empire tour when they did Mindcrime, they opened the tour here in Amarillo, they were here for a week, I got to watch them rehearse for 3 days, then they did a full version of the show the night before the concert, went out to the bar with DeGarmo and Wilton, got drunk as hell, got a Queensryche tattoo (they paid), and had a BLAST! those guys were all super cool, except the bass player, he was kind of a dick, but everyone else was very nice, and fun as hell to hang out with.

Operation Mindcrime was the last Queensryche release I actually liked. Empire was OK but it really didn't do much for me, "Della Brown" was my favorite tune on that one.
Without DeGarmo, they just can't write anything good. There last few albums put me to sleep. For me, Mindcrime was there best and last album. I was lucky to see them on the Mindcrime tour and the mindcrime tour they did just before they release Mindcrime 2. Both were very good shows. I did not care too much for Mark Stone. He blew on the solos.

i saw the empire tour where they did the entire operation mindcrime also....awesome show...i miss degarmo also....saw them in shreveport, La with Suicidial Tendencies opening for them....I like ST.....but i thought it was an odd mix of bands...great show though...1991 i believe

Livecrime is the best live music DVD ever made IMO!!!!!!!!
