Hi from Italy,
I'm Giancarlo and I'm going to buy a 4100H but a question:

can the 4100H be piloted besides its footswicth? I've a midi pedalboard also with remote switches, can this setup control the 4100h?

Sorry for my english

Thank you

Oh, my bad. I'm like a computer dummy, I don't even consider that.

Well, ban the bot anyway. Only humans allowed in this forum.

Thanks for reply John!

but it's another gear to load on my shoulders... Head, Dragoon212 cab, Tc Gmaj, Brunetti Vector MidiController, pedals, guitars...

is this the only solution?

I've this MIDIcontroller: http://www.brunetti.it/products_item.ph ... 1213709510

Can this able to controll the tourmaster?

I guess with the 2 remote SW outputs from the pedalboard we can control the switch among the 4 channels of the head.
Ask Marco Brunetti too to be sure!

Jeff,

I am new to this forum and have been endorsed with Randall for 3 years now. Here is the Randall page http://randallamplifiers.com/artists/strangeland.asp I am currently using a non midi head that I painstakenly did all the pin outs on to get channel switching and boosts working through a 1/4" jack box I built and hide in the back of my effects case.

Our endorsement is up in two more weeks and I am going to be getting the Tourmaster Head as a starter head because of its cost/versatality. I have played it at our local Guitar center in Peoria, Illinois and it smokes. I also am the head engineer at a local recording studio called Overture Recording. http://www.overturerecording.com

Because of the studio I am wanting an amp that is multi-functional to loan out for bands and artists and I feel this one will do it. I have heard people having the EMI hum issues but our studio has full isolation booths so players will not even be in the same room as the amp because of the pass through jacks in the wall.

However, since it is not midi switchable I was wondering if I could get the pin outs to the cable so I can convert it to work with my homemade 1/4" box I created. It has four seperate 1/4" jacks in it that my rolls switching unit deals with.

I will be purchasing this head in the near future (I.E two weeks or so) and I will definately need to have it be midi switchable as soon as possible.

I appreciate any help you can offer in gettnig me a pin out of the tourmaster footswitch cable.

Thanks in advance Jeff,

Kevin S

Hey Blue We get up there and gig at times. We do European style power metal. Might have to send you a song or two and have you do something live with us. That would be a smoking show for sure.

Love the V's you play. They are just gorgeous looking. Bet they sound killer through your rig.

nice to find another illinois guy on here- I am an hour Noth of you in Moline.

I have the 4100, but don't midi control it.

Illinois guy #3 :). I live in Bloomington / Normal, IL. I thought I was one of the one central IL guys that use Eggie stuff! Probably one of the few w/ a M4 and a Mod50 though.

sweet-

Yea, you might be right about the mod 50... unless some guys in Chi-town have BOTH of them

but, I am probably the only guy here who runs a modular synth through the effects loop of my eggy stuff :) it would be great to see what a modular synth does with a modular amp though :)

Eric,

That is awesome I am 30 minutes from you. What a small world. I downloaded your recording clip. Killer tones you are getting. That is why I am switching to the Egnater's. They sound awesome.
