Hi, I bought my 50w einstein head in June 2008 as new in Estudio 54 ( Spain ) that is a dealer of our diezel import HVC, so i think that my amp has lifetime warranty.

Some day, i´ll have to change tubes, and i want to buy the same ruby tubes as my amp has, but :

To preserve the lifetime warranty, do I have to change the tubes in the official diezel distributor or can i change them in another technician?

Any advice will be grateful, thanks.

HVC is no more our Spain distributor.

In Germany we cannot extend the warranty
for lifetime and have to follow the law that
means we have 2 years warranty at the
moment. Of course we have a lot of fairness
when it comes to replacement parts.

A tube replacement will not damage the
warranty, when the job is well done.

Maybe call Monster Guitars in Madrid.

Thank you very much for the answer Peter.

If some day i have some problem with my amp, I understand that should be handled by my seller estudio 54, and then they should make the necessary arrangements with HVC or whom they see fit.
If call to Monster Guitars ( Berni ), it is possible that they tell me they did not sell me the amp and therefore do not take care of the repair.

Perhaps, eventually, I´ll have to email you to solve the problem, but I would not want to annoy you with something that others should resolve.

Fortunately, the amp works great and I am delighted with it.
