Questions on the old FL 412 cabs

I am eye balling a mint Diezel cab that just popped up for sale locally. It's the older FL cab and it has the custom Eminence speakers in it. I have a new FLG12K100 german cab and love it, but if this guy would go for the right price, I wouldn't mind having a second cab.

My 2 questions are.....

1. Could I buy the newer Diezel grille that has the silver piping to put into the older cab so my two cabs match? If so, how much is a "replacement" grille?

2. What is everyone's opinion of the Eminence speakers in this cab?

We have no salt and pepper grill for the FL cabs.
We have only black grills but they don´t fit the
"old" construction made in USA.

I don´t like the Eminence speakers Uwe Salwender
built in the cabs.

what peter said.....those eminence speakers sound like shit. what was uwe thinking?
