randall rm100 /w dual channel mod vs mod 50

Does anyone have experience with both these? Any opinions on how they compare in terms of tone? thanks
 
I like what the RM100 does for my Eggie Mods. I only used a few Dual mods in it before having it Modded to a dual. The COD EG5 Sounded great. I think the power section is a little stiffer more modern feel than the Mod50. Its not a better or bad thing just a different feel. Not sure if it is because of the 50/100 watt thing since it is only a few decibels different. you cant go wrong with either of them.
 
Sounds cool. rm100 just seems so much cheaper used. theres one on ebay right now loaded with 3 modules goin for 900. Seems like such a killer deal but i think the egnater will suit my needs better.
 
You can get one here from Russ for $575 shipped. Have it sent to Egnater for the dual mod and have 3 slots for dual eggie mods. Great deal! I have a Randall xtc mod but use it much, I am spoiled using dual ch modules. :D
