Please spread the word. As you may know, there's a wealth of information pointing to murder. The amount of manipulation and lies by Courtney Love is staggering, down to setting up her phony arrest prior to Kurt's death to obscure herself from the crime and then calling a security alarm company with an emergency request to come out and install a security system in the abandoned greenhouse where Kurt was found dead...presumably because she wanted to tie in her arrest/alibi after being surprised his body wasn't found soon enough...Perhaps the most bone-chilling of all - a note found in her backpack (that she left at her attorney's house) where she was practicing Kurt's handwriting (so she could trace a suicide note from Kurt's writings and then add the last few lines of the note telling her and Frances to move on and how he loved them). Kurt was also very close to filing for divorce before the alleged suicide and cutting Courtney out of his will.

-El Duce, singer from the band the Mentors, who had passed a polygraph in regards to being offered $50,000 by Courtney Love to kill Kurt. He was killed soon after speaking up about it:

Yep, I've been wondering when this would get more attention.

Cobain & Staley the fathers of grunge had everything they could want except the ability to handle life on lifes terms.

Dead & buried ... end of story.

Well, scientifically it's impossible that he committed suicide. There isn't one case in the history of the U.S. where someone had 3 times the lethal dose of heroin and killed themselves. You'd be unconscious in a second with a dose like that. You wouldn't be able to hold up a gun and shoot yourself. The prints were also wiped off the gun. The "suicide note" was really a letter to his fans saying he was quitting the business. It never even mentions the word suicide. The last few lines are definitely penned by someone else...there's a huge disparity in the writing and it's written much larger than the rest of it.

The ah-ha moment to me comes when Courtney Love's lawyer and godmother to her child, finds a note inside her backpack (that Courtney left behind at her house for a week) where she was clearly practicing Kurt's writing, letter by letter. It contained another note inside with the words "Get Arrested", which she had staged for the press prior to his death.

I feel she had something to do with it. Always have. El Duce was offered the hit money...it's sad, and should be reopened. I wonder what Grohl thinks of it? Wonder what he really thinks of her and the whole incident?

Don't forget the part about the police findng Dave Grohl sleeping in Kurt's bed, wearing a blonde wig and singing 'Marigold' over and over.

Tortured artists man, that's what made them great. Rock history is littered with them.

I think the phrase "crazy bitch" has been uttered by Dave at least a thousand times...She posted on twitter a couple years back that Dave tried to seduce her daughter :loco:

Courtney Love is a very disturbed person.

She's also an attention whore, making regular accusations against Grohl, going back to when Cobain was still alive. She's useless. But there's no way anything will come from a re-opening of the case, even if we want it to.

While I agree that there's plenty of interesting evidence, the point that is always bought up is about Kurt's heroin level. You hear guys say 3 times the lethal dose but you have to understand that addicts build a tolerance. Just imagine the amount and quality of dope that Kurt had access to being a multi millionaire rockstar. He used for years and was no newb so it's not hard to picture his level being really high around time of death.

the difference is AIC still would have put out good music ..... Kurt knew it was all over with In Abortero...he knew he was going the same way as the hair bands he hated

That's not true at all as far as material. He had no shortage of songs as we found out as years after his death new songs were being released. What was over was being an underground / punk band and they became mainstream which is something Kurt hated. Even without nirvana Kurt would have still made music. Very talented songwriter.

According to Michael Stipe, Kurt wanted to expound on the direction of the MTV Unplugged and do an acoustic album with a lot of string instruments. He wanted to move away from the grunge sound. Stipe was going to record a demo with Kurt and had a plane ticket, a car set to pick him up, but at the last minute he called and said he can't come.

Another point to bring up is that Kurt suffered from chronic stomach pain, which was never diagnosed. His great-uncle committed suicide by a gunshot to his abdomen. Another great uncle of his killed himself with a gunshot to the head. There were rumors that other relatives and ancestors also committed suicide - adding to the legend that Courtney Love referred to as the Cobain curse. Anyways, the more I research this, the more it seems like he did pull the trigger. Police ceased 3 weapons and 25 boxes of ammunition when Kurt was threatening to kill himself a few weeks before his death. Then he went out to buy a shotgun with a friend, because he "needed protection from trespassers" coming onto his property seems hard to believe.

Wait a minute OP, you re-opened a case that was already 20 years late, then closed it in 4 days? I think they got to you

I never closed it. There's plenty of compelling reasons for both points of view.

Looks like food got the best of you. ;)
