really quick mod 100 clips

i did a few really quick clips of the mod 100


i basically did em to try out some mics.

there are lots of clams! sorry, but i literally just put up the mics, got the signal, did a quick mic placement and hit record.

but you get the idea

some mics tested were

sm57
beta57
md 421
aea r92

used mostly lead channel sl2 and eg4

forgive the clams

the mod 100 really sounds good.

i need to record some with a few more instruments in the mix.

the diezel is really good too. But Different. cuts and is really tight. obviously better for metal.
what sounds bright on its own really mixes well when other stuff get added in like drums.

take the diezel plus drums clip with 421
sounds bright on its own, but meshes when drums added. i know it would sound huge when bass is added.
