He was great live with Whitesnake and I've seen him fill in with Dokken as well. Great player, great chops, nice gear too.

I've been listening to Reb's track on that Ozzy tribute disc, Bat Heads Soup....his track was "I Don't Know", with Jack Blades (ironically) singing. Great player.

I really can't stand the way BG uses the whammy bar... It drives me nuts, honestly. All warbly and stuff. Now don't get me wrong, I think he's a great player! Just not into the way he does that (and he does that ALOT.)

Im with ya on that one Chris! I never liked the way BG did that stuff either, i like his playing but the whammy stuff gets old real quick for me!

White Lion? Do you mean Whitesnake or did Reb actually fill in with White Lion? If so, I didn't realize that!

well, yeah, Vito Bratta certainly hasn't played with them.

Later Tramp said that Vito Bratta wanted nothing to do with a reunion. With summer festivals in Europe already booked, Tramp attempted to put together a "new White Lion" featuring former members James Lomenzo, and Jimmy DeGrasso, along with Warren DeMartini of Ratt. I didn't like the whammy stuff OR the playing! Seriously, I thought he was OK back in the day but take away the whammy (please!) and there's not much substance to his playing at all.

I agree, i like some of his stuff but man he really relies on that whammy so much it gets annoying at times!
