OK, I know I'm spelunking into the past here but...
Anyone have the deets on the fix for the noisy Rebel 20 effects loop that can PM them to me?
I have an old Rebel 20 and need to apply the loop fix. I'm the original owner, and love this amp, and used it for recording for the many years since I bought it (back in 2008). I never needed the effects loop until now, when I'm playing live with it and need to wire in a boost pedal for solos. But the noise is bad (really bad)...
I have been unsuccessful at getting a response from anyone at egnateramps.com (now "Boutique Amps" or something like that), and while there are plenty of forums (fora?) that discuss the fact that there is a fix, the actual nature of the fix does not appear to be documented anywhere that I can find. Neither john@ or nate@ or bruce@egnateramps.com respond, and repeated calls to the "Boutique Amps" headquarters yielded no call back.
Anyone have documentation for the fix that they could PM me? TIA!
