Has anyone played a hollow body guitar threw there Rebel 30s? The clean channel is so nice on the amp, I'm thinking it would sound really good. Any thoughts?

I saw an Ibanez Artcore listed in my area on craigslist... But I've been saving up for a 1X12 extension Cab to go with my combo...ahhh decisions...

Thanks

I play an Ibanez Artcore AS73 through my Rebel 20 and it sounds great. It's a semi hollow body.

I use an Epiphone Dot semi hollowbody with My Rebel 30. I've put higher gain pickups in it, and even at high gain, it sounds great. On stage, there's minimal feedback when I can step far away from the amp. During practice in a small room though, it feeds back pretty badly.

Yes, I play a Hamer Newport (hollowbody with P90 pickups) through the Egnater Rebel 30 and it sounds fantastic, especially in the clean channel. It has a great warm tone. I've also found that this guitar can deliver a great Tele or Rickenbacker tone through this amp in the clean channel. I love the setup.

I have an Ibanez Artcore and have played it through a Rebel 20, have not played a 30 yet. I own an M4 and have a rack set up but love my Egnater tone. I have three electrics, all hollow bodies.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up getting the Ibanez Artcore. It is really nice and the owner kept it in great condition. It sounds great through the amp too, I've been playing it mostly on the clean channel.

I'm am thinking of selling my flying v guitar to get money for that extension cabinet...
