Rebel 30 crackling and Reverb not working

Hi, I've bought an Rebel 30 head and a 1x12 cabinet at Guitar Center at september 19, and I bring it to me Brazil where I live, I only use this at home, so I don't carry this on to any place, 10 days ago it starts to make a crackling loud noise when I pass the stand by button to play position every time that I switch to stand by to play there comes the noise, and Reverb is not working anymore, after 50 minutes playing the amp starts to make some hizz noise is not loud but it isn't acceptable, I am very disappointed about this amp, it seems to be a first class amp, and have a great sound, but less than 2 months it starts to failure, it is not right. I've send a message to suport in Egnater website 4 days ago and no one answer me yet, if it will be necesary I cand send some videos showing the amp problem.

Please Egnater guys help me.

I spoke to Nate about the issue with no response from the website. He told me they were having a problem with it and said it has now been fixed. Still the best way to contact him is nate@egnateramps.com or 1-877-EGNATER.
