...last night at practice  Bummer.

According to the manual, this means one of the power tubes is bad? I just got this thing, and haven't played it too much, so that's odd to me.

One of my bandmates who's pretty keen on electronics said the 325mA fuse is extremely small, and thinks a larger one could be used.

Any feedback from you more educated Egnater guys? I have New Year's Eve gig, and I'm afraid I may not be able to get new power tubes by then since I'm not sure about their availability here without having to rush order from MF.. :aww:

Tubes right now have no "time frame" for performing. They are all extremely unrelable. The fuse size is at it's minimum due to this fact. If you fuse with a higher value you then run the risk of having a bad tube cause more damage than just blowing a fuse. I would not recommend changing the value. Contact nate@egnateramps.com and he will get you new tubes.

Thanks Jeff...

So, should I do the test as described in the manual to see which set of tubes are the culprit? And, thanks, I won't use a higher fuse than recommended.

That reminds me, I need to go get some fuses before I gig with the 30!
