Rebel 30 Head support question

Just when I was absolutely loving my Rebel 30 head, i turned it on this evening after playing it a few hours earlier in the day when it sounded fantastic and this evening there was a popping sound right after I turned it on - not very loud, and then nothing. No sound of any kind on either channel, not even a sound like it was on. All the power lights are still lit but the amp is essentially dead. Any ideas what might have happened? :confused:
 
Thanks. Nate and I spent some time troubleshooting on the phone and it seems it's not tubes. I'm sending it back and exchanging it for another at MF.
