Can you run four 6V6's or four EL84's instead of the usual two and two?

Pin layouts are different. You could run all EL84's if you got some yellow jacket converters.

Oops, didn't realize the EL84 isn't an octal tube - I'm used to the whole EL34/6L6 family. Actually wanted to run all 6V6'sBuckeyedog":2bayxajj said:
