rebel 30 problem

hey guys.
I have my rebel 30 for like a year and a half now. yesterday i was playing and suddenly the sound was gone. i tried to switch cables and guitars and still no sound. weird thing- when i turn on the reverb i do hear the repeats but still not the original sound.
i guess its a tube problem (my first tube amp and never repalced tubes) but... if it is, how do i know which tubes i should repalce?
i heard another opinion it can be a problem with the reverb loop or something? didnt really understand it but hope its not the issue.

If you can afford it, I would replace all of the tubes and keep the originals around as spares. Not a bad idea even if that isn't the problem. If you can't do that, try the power tubes first.
 
thanks man. but sounds like i cant know where the problem is without trying to replace all the tubes till its solved?
 
Not a tube problem. Contact nate@egnateramps.com or phone him at 1-877-EGNATER.

Try connecting just a guitar cable from the send to the return jacks. See if your normal sound comes back. Let Nate know what happens.
