Found this guitar at a yard sale beat to snot many years ago when I was about 20 or 21. I was working at a body shop at the time and after playing it for a bit decided to strip it down, paint it and make it nice again.

Unfortunately, now almost 20 additional years later and a couple of moves cross country, I have lost the box of parts to put this thing back together.

I seem to remember part of the original hold up in reassembly was difficulty in finding the correct bridge for it because the old one was trashed. I really want to use the correct bridge putting this thing back together but Google searches seem to bring up a variety of different bridges and I am not smart with trem bridges or Ibanez stuff so I don't even know where to begin trying to figure this out without throwing away money randomly buying bridges to see what fits.

If anyone knows what I need, can help me figure it out or at least point me in the right direction, any help would be appreciated.

Would be fun to play this thing again.

Thanks Ya'll!

If it's a '90 RG560, this says the Original Edge
https://ibanez.fandom.com/wiki/RG560

Ibanez Rules might have one. Otherwise, probably have to look through Reverb and eBay for one. Not sure they are still in production, though I kinda thought some of the signature models had gone back to the OG Edge recently.

Like the others said, Rich at Ibanez Rules can help you out down to all the hardware you need.

It's fitted for an Original Edge, but you can also swap in a Lo-Pro Edge. They're the same, just the latter is low profile, looks cooler and doesn't get in the way. I've swapped Original Edge trems with Lo Pro Edge trems on tons of JEMs and RGs from that time period.

Appreciate it! I'll have to reach out to Rich and see what he can get me.

Now... What the hell pickup should I put in it is the question. I'm a chugger and this thing will probably hang out in Drop D or Drop C#. Can't play a lot of lead nor do I care to typically but I do like to play some nice jangly clean stuff. Want some passive pickups in this one for sure. Anyone have suggestions there?

Because I'm an idiot, I feel like Ibanez needs a bright coloured Dimarzio :p

But, for drop D/Drop C#, I'm not super familiar with what Dimarzios would be good fits for that.

I havent been on there since I got outta jems/Rgs/j customs but looks like Rich is still there

I've not used them, but I would hope the Mark Morton and Joe Duplantier sig Dimarzios can chug out with low tunings.

Gotoh GE1996T w/saddle shims to match radius.
