Recommended tube tester?

Can anyone recommend a tube tester for under $200? Something that will test the usual preamp and poweramp tubes.

hmm you mean a multimeter?

yo can get a multimeter for 10 or 20 euros anywhere.

also I bought a great biasing probe from tube-town dot com and it's great.

I mean a device that tests for proper tube functioning. A Multimeter won't do that.
