Hi all, first post here. I have a Renegade on the bench that came in with a blown bridge rectifier fuse and a shorted bridge. Replaced both and thought I was out of the woods... Now lights up, all voltages good, signal makes it to the power tube grids but nothing showing on the plates (except 479 v) or at the spkr out. Is this a dead OT or is there some funky cathode switching/biasing going on? I dropped in a fresh power tube for laughs but no change. Schematic would be real helpful too.
Thanks,
Lou

Hi BostonLou, (cousin?  )

Check your screen grid resistors, not only visually, but check for voltage at the screen grids on the output tubes themselves (pins 4 on each tube). Blown SGRs indicate bad output tube(s), which could have been the cause of original problem. Not sure, but maybe a fuse(s) for screen supply?

All fixed. The cathode fuses F1 and F2 although being good were not seated all the way in the fuse post causing an open. Bruce was kind enough to send me a schematic.
Thanks all,
Lou
