Renegade Effects Loop Issue

So, when I try to use the effects loop on my Renegade, I not only have to have the Reverb turned on, but the reverb level suddenly starts to work like a master volume. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any tips or advice on what to do? The versatility of being able to set my effects to turn off when I switch to the distortion channel was a major selling point on this amp for me, and I'm currently debating whether or not to get rid of it in favor of something else.

It sounds like something is killing your dry signal when you engage the FX loop. Without a schematic though, that's just conjecture.
