Footswitch has become intermittant. Anyone know where I might be able to pick up another?

I would also like to know this. My footswitch went out months back also. I think it might have something to do with the cable..

Maybe you want to try opening it up and see if it might be a simple connection/soldering issue? Just a thought.

Why don't you check into getting it repaired? When I have something that breaks, I either find out who can fix it or contact the company, if that is possible.
nate@egnateramps.com is the guy to contact.

Seems like the cable on these pedals could easily get stepped on or rolled over. This is what ultimately ruins any of my cables like this.

Filled out the contact form on the website but have not received a reply yet. I'll try Nate as well.

Any chance you can isolate the problem and fix it yourself?? I've had good luck on several occasions fixing broken footswitches that behaved intermittently.

They weren't Egnater switches. But... I'm just sayin'... And I ain't no electrician.

Nate finally contacted me and gave me a repair shop to check into. They want $85 just to look at it and told me it could be a $200 or more repair. Been trying to get back in touch with Nate to see if I could just buy a new switch but no reply. May just buy two peavey footswitches and see if that will work. Frustrating!
