HI, I broke down and bought myself a used renegade head from musicians friend for christmas. Its pretty awesome and right now im loving it. I got it and the tourmaster 212 cabnet for a little over 1100.
First here is my problem.....being used it didnt come with a footswitch, called MF and they said no dice on sending me one. .........where can i get one or what can i use to switch the channels?
On a side note, im thinking of getting a G system. ......is it compatable with the renegade? .....i could just use that for the channel switching if it is right.
Now the questions.
Since it is such a great amp and cab, are there any upgrades i can do to it to make it better.
Would changing the sotck tubes and the speakers make a really good amp a freaking awesome amp?
If so what should i change the tubes to and what speakers would you recomend replacing the elite 80's ( i think thats what their called) with.
