Renegade issue?

Ok, the hum with the amp has seem to disappear, but now there seems to be a different issue. On channel 2, if I turn the gain down to zero, I have no volume at all. Even if I turn both the master and channel volume up and move the tube mix to both the EL34 and 6l6 side. Is this normal? I was watching some youtube video's and they get great tone with the gain knob at zero?....

Can someone check their renegade head to see what happens when they turn the gain know down to zero on the 2nd channel please....

I haven't tried it, but why would this be an issue? I would think with the gain knob at zero there would essentially be no output?

It's the same on the Twkr, gain at zero = no output. Normal.
