Renegade Line Level into Effects Loop question

Been trying to get an answer via the support email link for Egnater but with no luck, maybe they are on holiday break. Anyways, wondering if it's ok to use a line level signal through the effects loop of the Renegade? Thanks.

I heard there's a switch inside that selects between line level and pedal FX for the loop
 
Yes, I read that in another thread, but I have not heard any confirmation of it.
