Renegade power tubes question

I just popped the front off of my Renegade 2 X 12 and noticed something. As I face the amp, teh two power tubes on the right are glwoing brightly, but the two on the left are barely glowing at all. They are different tubes; is that normal? Moving the tube mix knob didn't seem to be making any difference in tone or in the glowing on either channel.

Completely normal. That's just how the different tubes look.
 
Thanks, Bruce- NO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THAT! An answer from the head of the company in 5 minutes! BTW, the tube mix is functioning. I checked that again- distinctive volume and tone differences as I rotated through it.

How long can I expect those power tubes to last? The amp gets about an hour of use a night, mostly at home volumes but about once a month I push it harder at gigs. Been doing that since about June.
