Renegade Tube Mix Board assembly and pot

Hello,

I received a Renegade 2-12 combo and it was damaged in shipment. The retailer won't take a return on it because it was listed as "blemished" when I bought it.

The Tube Mix on the Gain channel has a broken potentiometer now, so it is basically a one channel amp. I have removed the board assembly and the pot attached to it from the amp, It is Egnater Renegade Mix V1.3 with a stamp on date of 5/26/09.

I am wondering how to get a replacement for this.

I also want to say Hello to Jeff and Bruce. I grew up with Kevin McCreery and Jeff Piper in the Alma, Michigan area Jeff and remember seeing you in Cook's Music Store now and then back in the 80's!! :-)

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I have contacted support@egnateramps.com for over 2 weeks now, and have also contacted Nate at the address you listed above and have not heard back from anyone other than yourself on this matter.

Since it seems to be a proprietary item exclusive to Egnater I basically have a non-functioning 2 channel amp until I can find out how to purchase a replacement part.

Thanks Ian,

I heard from Hans and he sent me out a replacement Tube Mix pot which I received on Friday and installed last night. I am so excited. Can't wait to gig with my Renegade now.
