wow, interesting!

Jeff.... what's the gain based on? british, american? (marshall, Mesa?)

Wow ..I'm speechless for around 999 or 1099  .

Great features tube mix per channel

British...amp classish!

Gotta love it man. I love the innovation that Egnater is doing. Very interesting. This guitar center line is really going to change things for you guys for the better. still love the modular stuff the most though :) but the rebel 20 rocks man :)

   :m17:

such a good time to get a new amp out- when everyone is still gassing for the rebel.

now I have to try to talk the wife into a few more ahem "needs" to my music

EL34 and 6L6 tube mix knob assignable per channel?! Imagine that kind of awesomeness in a mod50 :poke: I'm just getting greedy

I'm sure this amp will do well, it has some really great features in it at a great price: tube mix per channel, reverb per channel, boost etc. You guys are putting out some great stuff! A friend is getting the rebel tomorrow and once I see it next to my mod50 I think I'll be forced to buy one too..

Holy cow.......more cool shit.......and more money out of my wallet!!!  :D

I'm going to double fist the mic.

I think the digital reverb chip is a cool idea

The only use for Over the top spring reverb is surf/rockabilly music with a fendery amp.

I want one

+1 on the Reverb Chip. Most of the inexpensive reverb tanks sound flubby and sproingy. I bet the chip sounds great.

Cool looking amp. Any chance we could see a good pic of the control panel??? :D

Looks like another winner from Egnater. I love my Rebel but my only wish is that it had two channels; so I sit here thinking should I have held off until the Renegade was available? Then I remember my original plan: get an E2 when they are available and go modular and have the best of both worlds! :D

But I still want a Renegade

you could always try running two rebels too. It still wouldn't take up any room!

Indeed, that would be a great little setup! The cost of two Rebels is around the cost of one Renegade. But I want to go modular because that is the ultimate in flexibility. Rebel + E2 + good multieffects unit all controlled by midi. Oh mama!

for a few hundred more why not just go for a tourmaster combo?
is it that far diferent from the tourmaster? I would say not different enough.
ok maybe a little more british, programmable pedal
Still sounds like an eggie (which is always great)

I guess they are hitting the 50watt market

any thoughts on this?

the tube mix is always cool though

trying to have a bit more Egnater 3d to the overdrive channel on the Renegade. Also making it a great rhythm tone and allow for an overdrive pedal of the players choice. Gonna end up if I get my way the overdrive channel from the Seminar amp.

I like the sound of that!

+1000000000. The seminar amp sounds totally bad ass. This amp sounds great. Man, I WISH there were amps like this when I was younger and looking for amps around $1K.

I'll vote in a different direction and say this. It'd be cool if it did both the seminar head tone and then, backed off the gain a little a more it should be in the SL camp. Please remember that people who would buy this amp to actually use on stage will need THREE basic sounds. Clean from channel 1, overdriven on channel two, high gain via pedal of choice (BB / Crunch Box / OCD or DS-1) into channel 2 for the third sound. I really think you will miss the mark if it's just an amp that has super clean on one channel and super high gain on the other. MUCH less useful in the real world. If this is truly the choice that Egnater must make, perhaps the thing to do is put an optional gain stage swith on the second channel to provide enough felxability to use it both ways. You guys always manage to build in the best flexability features into your amps. Don't stop now, this will be the biggest amp you ever come out with!!!

Oh yea, and I'm dying to have just a slight hint of a clue as to when these might be hitting the streets ... pretty please, Jeff old buddy old pal???
