Replacement Tubs For Einstein?

I made a post on this subject last winter and I can't find the thread!

In any case, I am wondering what are good replacement tubes for the Einstein. The Powertubes are fine but I need to replace preamp tubes. I recall someone recommending Mullards?

I need to know what tubes are suggested for each of the positions V1, V2, etc.

I think Herr Diezel recommends Shuguang 12AX7 tubes with a 12AU7 in the Phase Inverter position. I put in Tung Sol Reissues and it was too much gain. Terrible. Now I just run one Tung Sol in the V2 or V3 position- I can't remember right now- and stock in the rest. I also run 2 6L6 with 2 El34s. Sounds amazing!

Peter, what do you recommend for V1-V7? I recall a post (but it is no longer available on the forum!) where somneone was recommending Mullards and that you had good views on them. I forget the model...
