I have a jackson rhoads i want to remove the volume knob on because it gets in the way of my picking hand.

i was looking at tesi kill switches but not sure which one would fit. also, i've seen people just plug the hole with little a home depot purchase

curious if anyone here has used something to plug unused pot holes in their guitar. especially in jacksons, assuming the pot holes are a specific/particular size.

Let me see if i can find a pic. But i used a bolt and nut once to plug a tone knob hole

I dont have pic, but any black screw with machine threads and nut will work. Just dont want it to be too long for cavity.

Plus a screw in the guitar is metal as fuck

do you remember the size...is 3/8ths the correct size for jackson rhoads?

and yes \M/ as phuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

sweet thank you very much, i'll give it a shot
Just remember, if i am wrong(haha never) you can go to home depot and grab one bolt and nut black. I would use one 2"

If you have a foreign made jackson, the hole will be smaller. If you have a usa, that should be the size that i said

If you run into an issue, i will walk you through it. I am the guy that can repair anything from a roof to a refridgerator to a tankless water heater

Well, if it has to do with toxic masculinity or any skill a man should have, I have it. Probably why I suck at guitar and marriage, all my talent was allocated to other endeavors

lol #1 you don't suck at guitar and #2 i can't imagine you sucking at marriage either, you're a good chap

Many many times. They’re sold in the bulk fasteners department at Lowes/Jerry’s/Home Depot.

A thumbtack on the outside and a piece of cork on the inside is a pretty easy go to.
GL!
