Replacing USB port on CAB M+?

The USB port in my CAB M+ was removed by the previous owner after getting the error message:

'watchdog error
press ENTER to reboot'

I would like to replace the USB Port to restore the pedal's functionality. Is this possible - are there any authorized repair facilities located in Austria? Or is there perhaps an upgrade path to a newer model?

Thanks for getting in touch. There are no upgrade paths from a C.A.B. M/M+ to our latest iteration in the series - namely OPUS. However, we do have a repair facility located in France. Thanks for expediting this for me. The repair estimate plus shipping would be about 80% the cost of a new Opus, so it doesn't really make financial sense. I will just buy an Opus if my current unit fails.

Good morning @RigRookie , no problem - yes looking at the issue, it requires a motherboard replacement which is quite a costly repair. Nonetheless, if you need anything else, please do not hesitate to let me know.
