Reverb Channel not working on Renegade 112

Hey guys, I bought a sweet Egnater Rebel the other day, and I'm totally blown away by it. This thing's currently fighting with my Mesa Boogie for the status of the favourite.

Only one problem though. I guess I didn't test it while I was in-store, but the reverb just plain refuses to work on either channel. Has anybody else run into this problem, or have any ideas what can be done about it, other than returning it and getting a new one?

EDIT: Issue's been resolved. Called up the folks at Egnater about it.

I just bought a used Renegade last night, and got it for a bit of a discount since the reverb wasn't working but I'm having the EXACT same issue. It sounds like it has a small bit of slapback when I crank the gain on the clean channel, but doesn't do it all the time.

What was the issue with yours? I'm still trying to diagnose mine.
