That's the first thing I thought too. He, his wife, and their dog died all at the same time in their house with no foul play suspected. Seems like carbon monoxide to me.

Such a bummer. The Hack is one of my all time favorite actors. Killed it in Royal Tenenbaums. Bird Cage too. Just a huge talent.
