Road Ready Thiele Cabs

How much would you pay for 2 these two Road Ready Thiele 1x12s? They have the EVM12L. I bet they would sound killer with my Mark IIC+.

I wouldn't buy them. They don't have enough speakers in them for me.

Could be cool for you though.

I was thinking to run these through my Mark IIC+ dry, then slave out through effects to the Simul 295 for wet to dual Halfback 4x12s.

Two Thiele cabs will sound huge no matter what ! Phenomenal bass and smooth treble. But I would use the 4x12s for dry and the Thiele for wet. I'm waiting for a good deal in my neighborhood on two thiele to use with my Mesa 2:90.

Sounds good. These are a little ways from me but may be worth the drive. They're about $900 for the pair.
 
That's a fair price. They look kinda rough from the front though. I'd prefer cabs in better shape for that price. Unless you like the relic look LOL

I don't mind the road warrior look to be honest. You should see my original Halfback 4x12, lol. I'll get a pic later. These things look new in comparison. But yeah, not sure how old they are. As long as the speakers are solid that's mostly all that matters to me.

They've been for sale for a while, I bet I could talk him down some.
 
I absolutely love my theile’s. My middle dry cab absolutely compliments like fries and ketchup. And for those that don’t like ketchup; theiles are not for you.

Kinda off-topic but I was shocked recently by the new price of EVM 12L Classic.
I needed to replace a V30 in a closed back 1x12.
I checked on Thomann and they are €539 (!!!) new. WTF ??!!??
I bought one in 2017 for €239 which at the time was already kinda crazy compared to all the other speakers (about twice the price).
So, last week, I bought a Celestion Redback for €125. LOL

What speakers you got in that 4x12 halfback cab, TonyBaloney?
